OOK represents in Australia and Asia Pacific a collective of award winning photographers that are at the top of their game from all over the world. Between them they have accumulated awards of notoriety including Cannes Lions, Asia Pacific advertising awards, Axis, The One Show and at various times have nearly all appeared in Lurzer’s Archive Top 200 photographers. With them they bring diversity, their own authentic styles, specialities and creativity.

LOOK production has been at the forefront of producing images for over 20 years. LOOK began as one of the first photographer agents in the Asia Pacific region and quickly grew to add production services. Today, it represents around 20 photographers, advertising and fashion, including around 30 Stylists and Hair & Makeup artists globally.


With the adding of production services, LOOK has some of the most well respected producers around.  LOOK’s producers can co-ordinate the shoot from location scouting, casting, crew and logistics all within budget.

Each photographer has a long track record of working with some of the worlds biggest brands such as Nokia, Nike, Adidas, Lexus, Sony, VW, Heineken, Asahi, Lorus, Ted Baker, Skoda, Toyota, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Volvo, to name just a few.

On the editorial side, LOOK photographers have been featured in fashion magazines such as Vogue, GQ, Harpers, Oyster and Instyle. Whilst others have featured in Shots magazine (UK), Conde Nast Traveller, Architecture Review, Wallpaper, Vogue living and Indesign.

LOOK’s photographers and production teams cover all areas such as cars, people, lifestyle, hotels, food, landscape, architecture, fashion, still life and liquid, if you can think of it LOOK can shoot it.

One area that LOOK does a substantial amount of work in is the car market. Several of LOOK’s photographers specialise in car shoots and have worked around the world on top car campaigns. LOOK produces many car shoots for overseas photographers, who come to Australia for the light, the reversed seasons and stable weather. Australia also provides anonymity for unlaunched products, due to its vast uninhabited landmass.

Another reason many overseas agencies prefer to shoot in Australia is due to the huge multicultural society and ethnic base found there, this provides enormous diversity for castings. Therefore, rather than shoot the same campaign in different locations to appeal to a specific market, they can go to Australia, and cast for all markets.

Moving forward, it’s exciting times for LOOK as it expands into new international markets. Over the years, LOOK has evolved with the industry requirements and is configured to absorb anything. Whilst LOOK has produced jobs throughout Asia for years, it recently took the steps to establish formal agreements with associated companies in India, China and Singapore, giving it a stronger and more dominant presence in these markets.
